What sort of stooopid rules does the USPS have now? I had 20 chips to ship so I used a bubble wrap envelope and put on the correct number of stamps for a large envelope. I got the durn thing back today with a note about some new rules they have about security concerns with stamped packages. It says that you can not mail anything over 1/2" thick or over 10 ounces and use stamps! You have to take it to a post office window and get them to put on the postage. What am I supposed to do with those $600 in old stamps that I still have left? And how are you supposed to mail any large envelope without going to the post office?

I split the package into two and mailed them again since they are now both under 1/2" thick. I will see if they come back again.
