I was going to ask if you tried to use them on other games but you obviously would have said if you had.
I can't imagine that they wouldn't have accepted them as they don't like to turn money down but as the floats probably wouldn't have been able to accomodate them maybe they didn't or were dropped down the boxes in the same way as cash.
Hopefully somebody else can add more to the story.
