Looking at my Lavender/Pink chip closely with a magnifying glass - I can NOT see any "cross-hatching" on the chip. The chip is slightly worn but still stands on edge.
Another Flamingo Hotel chip from the same series that I have in my collection clearly shows cross-hatching in the center of the chip. (See scan below)
Why does the Lavender/Pink chip NOT have any cross-hatching ??
