I believe that items like these are not specific to any Caesars property. Some time ago, Harrah's entertainment bought Caesars and then changed the corporate name to Caesars Entertainment. Around this time, I noticed items with just "Caesars" on them with no indication of location. I have no proof, but I believe that items that only say "Caesars" were available from some, if not all, properties containing the word "Caesars."
