Go to the Chip Guide.
Hover cursor over Resources.
Click on Contributors.
Scroll down to my name, Paul Liscio in the alphabetical listings, not the top 20.
Then click on Manufacturer Sample Chips to see most of the submissions. Others are listed under NCV, Jetons or Plaques.

Maybe someone can suggest an easier way.
