The point that was made in the article was ~~~

~~~ pertaining to two Portsmouth jetons which were noted as not having a denomination on either side and in the form of a. Roulette chip where the player upon buy in determins the value.

If the Portsmouth jetons are Roulettes, then why shouldn't they be listed as such as the Playboy Club Roulettes are..?

As far as everything else you brought up, I have no idea for an answer.
