Actually in now looking at it as you did I would say it does need updating.

The one listed by me is not brass but it is .999 silver plated with 24KT gold.

As for the O'Neal catalog #0591 I have no idea if this is correct (I do not have one of her books) but sure should be checked and either deleted or updated if a new number is required.
