One of my favorite things about Beatty was the old Silver Slipper arch…I loved seeing it every time we passed through town. Unfortunately, on April 11, 2018, a powerful wind gust ripped the sign from the ground and toppled it.
Another fun thing about Beatty is the burros that roam through the town…the babies are so cute!

El Sueno…“The Dream”. Have you seen this sign, when you’ve been in Beatty? If you look in the casino reference books, you won’t find anything. El Sueno was supposed to be the first fully themed Spanish-speaking hotel casino. The sign was built, but that’s as far as the project got. No rooms, no casino, no building.

My personal theory is that a bar, in Nevada, probably had a slot machine or a poker game, so I include it in our casino collectibles.
