The reason they are so hard to find is because they are serialized. In fact I have only confirmed 1 known of the 1.00 and a few of the 5.00. Does not mean there are not more out there but those are of the ones I have heard of. I am am actually missing the 5.00 version.

There is a version of the 5.00 but it is not serialized and that version is common to find.
