In other words, I see what appears to be an original chip on both the obverse and reverse along with uncertainty as to why a decimal point is where it is...

In my opinion; this is a welcome exercise to this community and on this BBS, in order to lead up to and include the documentation and proof needed for us to meet our obligation at what we do so well in our catalog.
