I wouldn't want to get your hopes up so I won't say that I have a "feeling" that the Playboy isn't Bahamas (or London) and may be from the ship as it looks like it could be of the same type as the ones in the (blurry) photo I have. I would be happy to send you it so you can make your own mind up. As to the denomination, I'd be inclined to think it was 50c but again, no idea why the decimal point is in the wrong place.
Obviously, it's just speculation but makes more sense than the other 2 possibilities, well to me anyway.
Wherever it is from, it's a great new find so well done, Torrey. A bargain too by the looks of it.
