The SNCCC Board of Directors are happy to announce the appointments of Sam Wagmeister and Tree Shields as our new Election Co-Chairs.

They will be assuming their duties effective immediately.

Change in Ballot procedure effective immediately.

Upon consideration by Club members concerning our last ballot issue, the board has felt some changes that were recommended to be enacted. Therefore the following policy will be in force thereafter.

Ballots will be emailed out to all current members in good standing. It is the responsibility of the member to keep your email address current. Only regular members are eligible to vote. Associate members are not eligible any longer. Contact Wendy Shultz with concerns at bandvcoin@earthlik.net

Ballots must be snail-mailed back to Sam Wagmeister at a location to be stated on the ballot.

As done with other Clubs our ballot will not have the Club member's name on the ballot but rather the Club member must place his name on the back of the envelope to assure anonymity. No membership number is required but is preferred.

Multiple ballots may be inserted in the envelope as long as ALL the names are listed on the back of the envelope. No exceptions failure to follow this directive will void all the ballots enclosed.

There will be additional information and directives on the ballots when they are sent out.

Votes that are publically posted on boards are not acceptable and will not be counted

Now is the time to verify your email address if you are unsure.

Any ballot initiatives will only be sent out via email and not be posted on any boards.
