Yes, Torrey, I can only assume he meant the other 2 he sold as you say.
I've seen the one with the outer marks in a variety of colours (blue, green, black).
As to the ones just listed/sold I remember that Jeff Lindsay had photos of them on his collectablesmania site in 2007 so maybe he knows more than we do about them. He had a library on Casino History Forum (Bond gaming International) which was also the first, and at the time only, place I saw the Playboy VSC £5 and £25 chips. BetG is the other option but as they are part of a larger group now, I doubt they will bother to reply to any questions.
Obviously it is pure speculation but personally I feel they are from London but not sure if used on the French roulette tables or if the type given to the (possibly) Mob connected junkets as free chips but will ask around and see if any of the old timers know. As we all know, the Park Lane one was the only Playboy one in the UK in the 1960s so maybe that's why they don't say London. Yes, the cash chips did but the AR chips didn't either.
Not sure if you've read the book "Shadowland, How the mob bet Britain in a global gamble (Douglas Thompson) but I'd recommend it, if not. There is a lot of interesting information, much probably already known but only place I've seen some of the UK info and it's a good read.
I spoke to somebody a short while ago about the plaques as I wanted to find out if they were negotiables, non-negs or something else and he told me that he remembers them being used on the baccarat/punto banco tables. He was the manager of the Playboy Victoria for a while and trained at CHC in the early 1960s so he was there at the best time.
Hope all is well, take care and have fun.
