~~~ "overlays" in his ANA articles which we were granted permission to include in our CoGH.

There is a Monaco series with metal overlays as well and, at one time those that you show were attributed to Monaco. When that didn't work they were attempted to be named after at least two Frencn casinos at which time I pointed out the embossed C E P... and some went with that and said they were from Vichy.

There is documentation mentioned that BG accepted the order and upon completion, a no show.

Some portions of the series have crude engraved serial numbers.

As far as I know, they were not "permanently assigned" to any casino in Vichy with the monogram. C E P.... Maybe, since, they were and you might read that here in the near future.
