Looks like Commerce Casino has stepped up their Baccarat competition with the Parkwest Bicycle Casino.
They are now issuing a similar program of Lucky Play chips (use until you lose) and Free Play chips (use only once).
They will give you 5% of your buy in in Free Play chips and your buy in in Lucky Play chips.
According to the posting, the minimum buy in is $1,000 and max $15,000, per day on Mon, Wed, and Fri only.
Once they sell $1,000,000 in chips on any day, the promotion ends for the day.
Will have to verify the min buy in.

At the Bike, the buy in is limited to $250 per day and you get $50 in free play, for a 12% bonus.
They also have a bus promo.
If you take a bus to the casino from one of their special pick up spots, you can buy in for $150 and get $50 free play, for a 33% bonus.
The High Limit room has bigger buy ins with no limit, but I think with a 10% bonus.

The Bike promo chips are getting worn down due to frequent play.
Can't say for the Commerce as the buy in is too big for me.
