Joe, as I explained in the email, IRS restrictions pertaining to the Deed of Gift prohibit disclosure or disposal within 3 years of the donation. We only took possession 2 months ago.
There is nothing for sale right now. The few chips we are free to do as we please with were either utilised in this year's club auction or already reserved for next year in line with the donors specifications.
I'm not discussing it any further. Yes we are a club, but we are also a corporation, for which a Board of Directors is elected to handle such matters on behalf of the members.
If you or anyone else doesn't like the way the things are handled then put yourselves forward for election to replace us. There were 3 opportunities to do this in the last 5 months but none were taken.
