That is the value from an appraiser. Obviously that does not translate into realisable $$.

It would not work out for resale. See exactly what I said in this post. The club will get far more by selling it as the donor specified.

The donor saw your post and said they would prefer to remain anonymous and the rest of the information is confidential under the terms of the donation.

I'm pretty sure there is much more suitable inventory available right now for your needs.
