Hey, everyone. I wanted to let you all know that I’ve made a proposal to club leadership to become the point person for resolving many of the club’s (mostly technical) issues. What I would like you all to do is give me/us a week or so to discuss details, refine my plan and generate a fairly specific and short term timeline. If they agree to let me do this, I’ll post the whole shebang for you to all to see, and you can either support the effort or offer constructive suggestions.

Once I start, if I miss any deadlines, it will wholly be on me. I’ve already purchased a size XL fire retardant suit, so I’m ready for ”feedback”.

If they don’t accept my proposal, I’ll let you know that as well and you can carry on.

So, please cease fire (everyone) until next week. Agreed?
