How about when a member or non-member has a club business-related question or suggestion, they come here, first, with posting a "Draft" in order to get as much input as possible where we can hash it over and, then, when that author feels they have what they need, they can then go to the club message board and submit a formal post so it will be in a fixed location and go from there...?
