The "Drama" is simply a perceived by-product. There are many kinds of drama, Some should be avoided, other forms cannot be avoided.

ie, I have no proof but I think you're a murderer..... Pure Drama not based in fact, just drama created by the teller.

I watched you rob that bank at gunpoint, I told the police. Drama results as a result.

So while Drama should be avoided for the sake of drama, ie. I called you a murderer simply to cause drama.

Not reporting the bank robbery simply to avoid drama would be irresponsible. Drama caused by the robber not the reporter.
