Your right Steve. For newbies like me, it's all a bit confusing. I've been reading most of the posts over the past few months and trying my best to follow it all. It ain't easy. I'm a retired executive vice president of a large Union here in the USA. And some of this stuff I read on here is more confusing (and downright nasty sometimes) than some of the complex labor contracts I've read. LOL.
