I keep reading all this talk of negative comments........ Are they just that? Negative comments or points of discussion that should be discussed in the quest for solutions.

Deeming a comment negative simply because its not liked doesn't make the comment irrelevant. It makes the solution more imperative. Sometimes there is no "Nice Way" to present problems as the listener may want to quell the dissent and not deal with the problem.

There is a lot of problems, some easily and instantly fixed some more complex. regardless of how big or small at least some effort should be taken.
