Calling someone who lies a liar is not name calling.

Calling someone who neglects neglectful is not name calling.

Accountability in todays times should and will continue to be public not the preferred way of private. Private suggests hiding from the membership at large.

And I know that extreme aggravation sometimes turns to negative behavior what can be done privately is counselling with aggravated in private to help them give more professional responses. But when BOD members act unchecked and un censured what do they do? They double and triple down on their behavior. Leadership or lack there of, is causing all of this.
