Yes Who? And to what end???

The only ones destroying the club are dishonest. I actually read here an accusation by the President of the club, David Spragg, that Jerry V. Sexually harassed his wife and daughter, AT THE SHOW!

That to me is simply a political opposition accusation to damage another person. The context doesn't even make sense and was completely a distraction move. The statement was this exactly:

If I had known about the totally inappropriate comments you made to my daughter before the show had ended you would have been removed from the room. You are lucky my wife ignored your innuendo's several years ago, you have no clue how to speak to women.

Seriously? I DONT BELIEVE THIS. And besides the mis appropriation or careless spending was dismissed by you David as "It happened many years ago" but now youre accusing someone of sexually harassing your own wife "Several Years ago", And as far as someone being inappropriate with your daughter, MY daughter would have come to me immediately and reported such behavior, how is it she waited until AFTER the show? THAT DOESNT MAKE SENSE! And when it doesn't make sense it is usually NOT TRUE.

You boy's are acting like children and definitely violating your own by-laws of projecting a bad image on the club. I'm embarrassed to be a member at this point. This is not a kingdom ruled by 3 or 4 guys, its a social club. You cannot even keep your house in order and control the unruly acts by admins such as Kaplan with his unchecked and unethical behavior, he should have been shamed and ousted forth with for his behavior and attempts by the club to deal with him openly should have taken place, not demands that it be done in private.

I would urge ALL MEMBERS OF THIS CLUB to take action through the election process to SAVE THE CLUB before the assets are pilfered and its image destroyed. For god sake the Vice president stole property from a casino and he's still in office!!! Were here to collect poker chips, not rule the world, that's why the general membership has been quiet, they don't care about all this drama and most of it, it seems has been demanded to be done in private away from memberships eyes! WRONG ANSWER.

Key dealers told "See if I let you back next year"..... Respected dealers saying they will not return if leadership continues, I've given free resources to the club via my FREE website which go unused to favor PCF where David Sells thousands of chips to their members. PCF isn't "For the hobby" Tommy is for Tommy with his vendor fees that change depending on who you are etc., and I don't even spite him for trying to monetize his site, but him also for an integrity problem continually saying he doesn't make a dime on his site. Where's the honesty and integrity of our hobby gone?

Davids name is all over the Chip Rack, he is not insulated from it in any way. Is it ethical to Make chips, sell chips, etc all while being the guy who places value on them? That's a con too. If the club was the sole concern of its leaders this board and all the others would be property of the club, INCLUDING THE CHIP GUIDE. and there should be no worry that Kaplan will destroy it if he's ousted. I DARE YOU CHARLES TO DO ANYTHING DETRIMENTAL TO THE CHIP GUIDE. No one person should be able to hold the clubs existence over a barrel backwards and thats all we have here.

Westen posted a chart and is right, an executive director should be placed to forward the club at the guidance of a board of directors of more than a few! It should be at least 11 -17 to prevent this nonsense.

Publicly divulge all assets and expenses of the club
Publicly divulge all donations to the club and inventory of all chips and artifacts donated.
Publicly be 100% transparent to its membership in ALL THINGS.

Nice pick up of 3 new members at the show, I believe SNCCC Picked up 41 or better, what does that tell you.

This is not a kingdom of your personal play things for a few, it is a club, a community of chippers and you are all pilfering its treasures away with no accountability, from 400k to 200k in a few years, and a 25% decline in membership year to year, that tells the whole story. I would suggest a committee be formed with binding findings to audit all assets, expenditures and operational reviews or the club is dead in the water. The BOD is obviously oblivious to modern times and no consideration to the future. CHANGE IS NOT A BAD THING BOYS AND GIRLS. IT IS NESSESCARY TO SURVIVAL.

Complacency is doom. No one is trying to DESTROY THIS CLUB. You're doing fine at that all by yourselves. If anything this should be a wake up call as to whether the membership at large is truely interested in its survival. See you at election time which, for myself will determine whether I renew. Who would donate anything to this club having seen the balance sheet?
