Dan, there is no expectation of free speech on the Chip Board, Poker Chip Forum, your fledgling message board, Poker Chipper, or any other message board. They are all privately owned venues and if the owner doesn't agree with a message that is posted or it violates the TOS, they are free to delete it without recourse. When we talk about Freedom of Speech, we are talking about the First Amendment to the United States Constitution which gives Americans the right to express their opinion without government censorship or control and more importantly, you can’t be sent to jail for expressing your opinion. Also, what you say can have consequences, like losing friends or a job or missed sales because you insulted a good part of your potential customer base. Hope this clears things up for you...
