You are not alone! I was also berated by Mr. Jim Follis or should I say “Mr. Incompetent”. This is truly a reflection of poor leadership at the top and should not be tolerated. We used to refer to this as “Corporate Culture” and this would be an example of the worst kind. Don’t let it bother you Joe! You are already a leader in this hobby. Maybe the next group of leaders will know how to treat people with respect. After all this is just a hobby and all about having fun.🤗
