They would have to be valid date wise and most of the time have to be charged like a new ATM
Card to have amount confirmed by the Cashier of the store selling them. My guess is these have
been used and 0 left on the cards ?
But could possibly be checked at the shop or by phone or internet ? If any amount is left on them ?
