I assume the original artwork belongs to the artist that created it, correct? Do the casinos “own” the artwork for the chips they purchased and used in the casino? Or did/do they only license the image for use from the original artist? How does a photo of an original piece of reproduced art (chips) somehow carry ANY rights as an original source? Because it’s a photo?
