I don't read the actual quote as an inference. The statement is a very clear accusation. Thunder Snow's actual quote: If they own it or their buddies then no hoard alert as pay through the nose.

NOT a gotcha. If there is such a situation I would like the information so that I don't overpay for something where a hoard was found but not divulged.

Maybe Thunder Snow can respond and clear up this matter. Is their statement an inference or an accusation? Only they can say for sure, not you or I.
