More "behind the scenes" foil hat nonsense??

He is the Vice President for god sake! He is involved.

The only one "behind the scenes" is Charles acting seemingly UNCHECKED.

And before you try and separate him from any of this, Charles is the Chaiman of the MOGH, and seemingly the owner of the chip guide, unless as someone explained that the MOGH is owned by the CCA so "ultimately, the CCA owns the Chip Guide" is indeed true.

AS CHAIMAN, Charles is solely responsible for the actions of any admin or person he has granted authority to control or moderate or administrate the Chip Guide. PERIOD.

Someone acts badly? Steals a picture HE IS RESPONSIBLE! Someone reports Oscar on behalf of the Guide CHARLES IS RESPONSIBLE! Or does everyone here act independently of their own vision of how things should operate? What's the point of a President or a Chairman or any leadership if indeed that's how it works? as a chaotic free for all.

Michael you have been respectful for the most part and seem to be the only one with a sense of how it should be done, but now you're using semantics over common sense. Its 1100 people in a chip club 99.9% of which understand common sense and I'm sure are tired of ALL THIS NONSENSE. Charles and Co. take the young fresh members of the hobby and try to punish them like little babies to get their way and affirm that the are somehow "powerful" The future is in young guys like Oscar, you know the ones that will be around long after us old guys are worm food.

Cant we just go on with respect, honesty, integrity and enjoy the hobby without acting like children.

Dump Kaplan, I have every image preserved off that guide HE CANT DESTROY IT! Its protected. If he acts maliciously it may take some time to restore but it would make a return. If he does something to it I will personally do everything I can to assist in replacing it regardless of who thinks they own the pictures and I would risk the legal expenses fighting anyone that would come legally to challenge it. FAIR USE. NOT FOR PROFIT. There is no loss as the Guide is for the good of the hobby at large and not a for profit scheme or a way to make Charles some controller with perceived power. If Charles truly cared about the Chip Guide he'd hand over all control of the guide and its control system to the CCA and a board could over see it. I'm sure there would be enough of a group to see that its cared for. At the very least he should stop his foolish actions against people and be responsible. If he has any real kind of power we must remember with power comes responsibility and accountability.

The Oscar thing was STUPID to prove a point.

I will post in various locations my thoughts and Ideas about each picture in the chip guide without cite daily until you sue me to stop by proving you have any claim to the images, maybe then, when you have to put your money where your mouth is will we know what's what! When a Judge Says what's, what. THIS IS OUT OF HAND AND NO ONE has done anything constructive, only destructive.

As far as the "All this has to be done in amendments and doesn't happen with the wave of a wand" I disagree. No member will challenge anything that is in the well being of the club. And besides what will anyone's challenge bring?? of 1100 maybe we'd lose 6 or 7? You lost 178 last year alone!
