Your concerns have merit and the thought behind combining the two items was that the first was minor enough not to cause too much dissension on the overall ballot. The main crux of the proposal was the second part where we needed to have a formal position for the Membership Director and a second Director at Large. These positions were set up many years ago before my time and there is no record of any official enactments. That would have been up to the Secretary at the time who would have kept some kind of Corporate history for the Club. The present BoD members are diligently trying to rectify all these past-due issues and keep records for future administrations. Wendy Schultz the current Secretary has done an outstanding job in keeping the minutes of the general meetings as well as the board mtgs. We are trying .
