This Ivory piece was posted to PCF seven (7) months ago and did not receive one word in response to what it is and, a pice which cannot be any closer to a card game. Not one word even guessing what it might be... and I only saw it (I do no frequent PCF) after doing a search when I saw the piece at eBay.
