When i attended my first chipper convention in 2006, I was like a kid in a candy store. One thing I remember that first year was taking the double decker bus up and down the strip. I though they were cool. One night, after walking all afternoon down the strip from the Riv to the MGM, I was pooped and wanted to catch the bus back home. I waited and waited. Someone told me there was a wreck on the strip south of here and the buses won't be running. I thought "poop" or something like that. I decided to walk back to the Riviera. I also thought I'd be smart and cut the corner out of the big bend on Las Vegas Blvd. I thought I'd walk east to the next street and then go north. It sounded easy but, I ended up on Paradise Rd walking in the general direction of the Riviera. I was dead tired and swore from then on to rent a car in Vegas.
One other thing I did was have some of the members I had heard about from other members and trading, autograph by convention badge. One of the very first people I traded with was Greg Susong. Thing is, two signatures I can't read and was wondering if anyone knows who they are. (green arrows)
