I hate those bullsh*t, anonymous, "We Care" envelopes. No one at the USPS will accept responsibility for their mistakes.

In contrast I once received a package from the UK that was damaged in the Royal Mail. The difference was the postmaster there wrote an apology with his name and phone number if I had any questions.
