I would ignore the first two numbers, or keep them with bold asterisks. The global banking crisis hit in 2008. There was a mass exodus from the hobby, with tons of people selling off at increasingly discount prices. Prices in the hobby sank fast and really just started recovering a few years ago. Not necessarily true for the more expensive chips, like this one, but I would still take those first two prices with caution.
