As for the attorney who was consulted, it was before my time. I don't know.
As for specializing, it is especially important in some fields, and less in others. IP is one of those area where specialization is especially important. As for the attorney you are listening to, I wanted to speak with him, but my inquiry was rejected. If he ever changes his mind, I would love to speak with him. Not much good to me or the Guide if I can't. If you know of any copyright specialist who is willing to speak with the Guide, or the MoGH, or just with me, pro bono, let me know. IP attorneys charge a lot and you can see by looking at this board and the club board that any expense to the MoGH is being particularly scrutinized.
