I tried to pull up your website but getting errors. I wasn't sure if you attributed a club to it.
I always assumed these were to his "saloon" at Fifth and York. It was a known gambling joint and raided for bookkeeping material in 1922. Everything I ever found always just said "Albert Goulet saloon", so I doubt it had a name. Back then, very common to just hang "Saloon" or the operators name above the door for saloons, pool halls or restaurants.
