I 'm on a BOD for a 301C3 corporation .As an educational 301 you have to show that your doing something to educate .Magazine ,seminars , displays for the public , a museum .Even a convention where you have displays will count . But you have to do something. Also the chip guide is my number one to go to about chips after the Rack. They both educate .
