Re: The Problem with the MoGH
In Response To: The Problem with the MoGH ()

"A Business plan was prepared for the MoGH BoD by Sandra Harris followed by an Action Plan. The total cost to the MoGH was $14,000. As of today, nothing has been done to implement the directives in those reports."
As you well know the cost to implement those directives was hundreds of thousands of dollars.

As you also know (partly because it's over a year since you've seen the unit) that your photograph is way out of date - it even has your Blackjack table in it. The unit has been completely cleaned up since then.

"The major expenditures are the storage areas. These are nothing but a space filled with cluttered boxes with no real organization. A sad testament to all the fine donations made. I don't know how many opportunities we had in the past to receive donations only to lose them as no one wanted to have their donation put in a storage area. Here is a photo below of one of the storage spaces. This is what your donation is paying for.
Look at the finances and you will see a slow drain on the money in the account as there is no real Income producing effort that will offset the expenses.
There are $500 display cases being stored that have no value in terms of income. I don't know of any effort to obtain new locations for exhibits."

You authorised all these costs, not Charles. You were the one that bought the display cases when there were no locations for them, and consequently the extra space to store them.
