Your suggestion about putting watermarks on images is not feasible. Why? Who is going to put the watermarks on the 500,000+ images on the ChipGuide? Are you volunteering to do this? Since we would need to keep two copies of each image, one with the watermark and without the watermark, it would double our website expenses. And adding a watermark would not solve the problem, watermarks can be removed in most cases and they detract from the appearance of the image.
