It is clear change needs to happen and I would only be willing to be it if I was in charge of Chip Guide.

** Clean the swamp**

The negative interactions across all collectors from chip guide is not only a bad look it hurts our hobby.

I would be willing if the following occurred;

- I was acting Director (or what ever the title is)
- Everyone would have to follow a code of ethics
- Someone would have to be removed and/or resign

This would allow a clean start and allow future mitigation and a steady hand at the helm.

Let me know as I am willing just the cowboy days would be over.
