~~~ aspecf as the HOBBY PROTECTION ACT does with the IMITATION items they cover (casino chips are not included in the HPA), the CCA can easilly suggest of their membership what the HPA requires pertaining to marking such items.... It can be a request which is NOT mentioned in the portion of our COE pertaining to this matter and it has been suggest here in the past that it should... The simple fact of disclosure does not prevent the making of imitation chips without markings. Anyone can make them all day long and post here that they do or include the fact that they do in their sales.
It is only the CCA who can attempt to control this problem within the CCA... Only the CCA...
We either decide to make those marking suggestions of membership or do not and by not, we are a part of the growing problem and the proof is right here, below on this index.
