You are right, i missed that part. She did tell the Chip Guide they can use the image and then asked for her Business name to be credited. At some point if the Guide needed to use a real name they should have contacted her and gave her the option of using her real name or not using the image. I think the fact that they just posted the picture, not given any credit and not communicating with her why is in bad form.
