The problem, in this case, Charles, is that someone took the picture of that Stardust chip that Sarah and Joe posted at the top of this thread and put it on the Chip Guide without asking or giving them credit. They just posted it within days of when Sarah/Joe posted the picture. This also happens on rare-chip Ebay auctions. Someone takes the image and just puts it on the guide. I have at least 2 that I am going to submit and have actually asked one of the sellers and no one contacted him for permission to use the image.

Now I am sure you can find out who submitted it, but my educated guess is it is one of your administrators. Why do I think this? Because every time I submit a Nevada-related photo, it takes "weeks" to get posted to the guide. This doesn't surprise me, because I assume is because it is a huge backlog of submissions. These chips get posted within days. Such a fast turn-around. I would find out who on your team is doing this and put a quick stop to it. It puts the Guide in a difficult position. Whereas I understand why you would like users to reference the Chip Guide, the Guide should also not have images that were taken without permission.
