Also, it includes a statement that the image is yours to give and I believe it advises the submitter of the Chip Guide policy on its images, although that may be elsewhere on the Guide. Of course, if you have a huge batch of submissions at once, you can contact the appropriate Admin and they will find a way to accommodate you.
In addition, some admins do not review the Chip Board every day or do not take submissions that way.
