Did you read the rule? Because there's the part that says......

......unless their nature is clearly indicated as such.

So reading the rule I would say they CAN be exhibited. as long as their "nature is clearly indicated as such."

Why not help bridge the 2 communities instead of continuing your authoritarian divide of them.
