Maybe it would be a good idea if the CCA can think of a way to at least request or maybe even require its membership to follow a simple rule such as in the Hobby Protection Act; to mark any imitation gambling chip a member produces which includes an actual casino name and gaming jurisdiction, with a marking explained in the HPA, it would help to control the concerns that Charles Kaplan explains in his posts and suggests in his warning notice in ChipGuide regarding the dangers of even buying a fake casino chip... and, maybe if that same request can be passed on to chip manufacturers it will at least be known that the CCA made an attempt to help control the problems Charles Kaplan expresses.... and, though it might be clear to some when an imitation casino chip crosses their path, it might not be clear to others such as what was exhibited in Oscar's "ARUBA" thread... that only Charles Kaplan caught and explained.
