I was the high bidder on a Sands chip that sold $/!/23 and paid for it . Later on that day I get a notice of a refund ? I got my money back thru pay-pay . The seller said I canceled the sale .I didn't cancel it . I looks like he canceled another Sands chip sale also that day ?Sellers goes by fawaz1alfarhan1 I'd say watch out for this seller .
