Everyone should collect what they love. If not hurting anyone else, have fun with it. I personally have nothing against the set collectors and think they should be welcomed in the club, on the Chip Board, and they are already in the hobby.

If what I wrote to Oscar sounded like I was against anyone, I'm not. I was just explaining why many singles collectors are so concerned about reproductions being made. I wish it would stop, personally, but I am all in favor of set collectors having their fun otherwise. Some of the group buys have produced really beautiful sets. Much nicer than 99.9% of the casino chips being made these days.
