Greetings fellow Chippers

An acquaintance of mine showed me this chip and asked if it is a fake, perhaps a Borland? I have not held the chip in my hand, I have only seen these pics. There is a little edge wear on it, but it's in really nice shape otherwise.

What are your opinions? Is this thing the real item? I'm a little concerned about the overwash on the Hot Stamp...
